Absolutely. All our therapists are fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Therapy for children from Gujarati-speaking homes is conducted entirely in Gujarati — we believe therapy is most effective in the child's home language. Parent consultations and coaching sessions are available in all three languages.

Yes. We provide monthly progress summaries, quarterly formal written reports, and comprehensive annual reports. These are valuable for school admissions, UDID certification, insurance claims, and medical consultations. All reports are prepared by our qualified therapy team.

🗣️ Speech Therapy

Yes — this warrants immediate assessment. By age 2, children should have approximately 50 words and be combining two-word phrases. If your child doesn't meet these milestones, contact us right away. The brain is most receptive to language learning before age 5. Every month of delay matters — early intervention makes a profound difference in outcomes.

This may be an articulation disorder (difficulty producing specific sounds) or a phonological disorder (difficulty with sound system rules). Both are very treatable. By age 4, unfamiliar adults should understand your child 75–100% of the time. If they cannot, speech therapy is needed. Our free assessment will identify the exact issue and treatment plan.

About 75% of children who stutter between ages 2–5 recover naturally. However, early assessment helps identify children likely to persist. If stuttering began after age 5, shows physical tension (grimacing, eye-blinking), or has continued for over a year, professional treatment is strongly recommended. We can assess risk and intervene early when treatment is most effective.

Most parents notice meaningful progress within 6–10 weeks of consistent sessions. Significant milestones are typically achieved within 3–6 months. Progress depends on type and severity of the issue, session frequency, and consistency of home practice. Our monthly progress reviews ensure you always see clear, documented improvements.

🌈 Autism (ASD)

No. We begin therapy based on your child's functional needs, not their diagnostic label. We regularly start intervention with children who show autism features while diagnosis is ongoing — which can take months. Do not delay treatment waiting for a diagnosis. If your child needs help, the time to start is now.

Take a breath — a diagnosis is not a life sentence, it is a roadmap. Then: (1) Call us for a free consultation and start therapy immediately. (2) Stick to evidence-based treatments only — ABA, speech, Occupational therapy. Avoid unproven "cures." (3) Apply for UDID government certification. (4) Connect with other autism parents for support. We guide families through all of these steps.

Many children who receive early, intensive intervention successfully attend mainstream schools with minimal support. Others do best in structured special schools. Our goal is to maximise every child's potential for inclusion. We provide school readiness programmes and coordinate with schools for smooth transitions.

🤲 Occupational & Sensory Therapy

Absolutely — poor handwriting is the most common reason for OT referrals. We assess grip, letter formation, hand strength, visual-motor integration, and posture, then design a targeted programme. Most children show clear improvement within 6–10 weeks of therapy plus daily home practice.

Yes — this is a classic tactile sensitivity presentation, a type of sensory processing difference. It is highly treatable with sensory integration Occupational therapy. We use systematic desensitisation and personalised sensory diet programmes. Most families see meaningful improvement in 2–4 months of consistent therapy.

📚 General Questions

Speech Therapy focuses specifically on communication — speech sounds, language, fluency, and social communication. ABA Therapy is a broader behavioural intervention addressing communication, social skills, adaptive behaviours, and challenging behaviours — especially powerful for autism. The two therapies complement each other. Many of our children receive both, with goals coordinated between therapists.

This is exactly what our free consultation is for. You don't need a diagnosis or prior knowledge — simply describe what you observe and what concerns you. Our team will conduct a developmental screening, ask detailed questions, and give you a clear, honest recommendation. No pressure to commit during the first visit.

Yes — and we actively encourage it. Grandparents and other regular caregivers are important parts of the child's support network. We conduct caregiver training where multiple family members learn therapy strategies together. Children progress faster when everyone in their life consistently reinforces the same skills.
