હા. દરેક નવા પરિવાર માટે અમારા 3 કેન્દ્ર — South Bopal, Shela અથવા Sanand — પર 30 મિનિટની મફત પરામર્શ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. કોઈ Referral જરૂરી નથી, કોઈ Commitment નથી. તમે તમારી ચિંતા જણાવો, અમારા નિષ્ણાત બાળકને જુએ, અને યોગ્ય કાર્યક્રમ સૂચવે.

મોટાભાગના કાર્યક્રમોમાં 2 થી 10 વર્ષના બાળકોની સેવા કરવામાં આવે છે. Special Education અને Hyperactive Child જેવા કેટલાક કાર્યક્રમ 14 વર્ષ સુધીના બાળકો માટે ઉપલબ્ધ છે. 2–5 વર્ષ વચ્ચે પ્રારંભ થયેલ Early Intervention સૌથી ઝડપી પરિણામ આપે છે.

મોટાભાગના માતા-પિતાને ખ્યાલ હોતો નથી — અને આ સંપૂર્ણ સ્વાભાવિક છે. અમારી મફત 30 મિનિટ પરામર્શ બરાબર આ માટે જ ડિઝાઇન કરાઈ છે. તમે ચિંતા જણાવો, નિષ્ણાત બાળકને ટૂંકમાં જુએ, અને સૌથી યોગ્ય કાર્યક્રમ સૂચવે. આવતા પહેલા કોઈ Diagnosis જાણવું જરૂરી નથી.

કોઈ પણ ઉપલબ્ધ Medical Report, Developmental Assessment, School Report અથવા Pediatrician Notes લઈ આવો. જો બાળકનું Diagnosis થઈ ગયું હોય, તો તે Documents લાવો. જો Documents ન હોય — ઠીક છે, પરામર્શ તમારી વાત અને અમારા નિષ્ણાતના સીધા Assessment ના આધારે ચાલશે.

હા — ઘણા પરિવારો Pediatrician અથવા Developmental Specialist ના Diagnosis સાથે Kocoon Junior આવે છે. પ્રથમ Appointment પર ઉપલબ્ધ Reports લઈ આવો. અમારી ટીમ Diagnosis ની સમીક્ષા કરશે, પોતાનું Functional Assessment કરશે, અને બાળકની હાલની જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે Therapy Plan બનાવશે.

ના. જો 2 વર્ષના બાળકે હજુ 50+ શબ્દ ન બોલ્યા હોય અથવા 2 શબ્દ ભેગા ન કરી શકતું હોય, તો Assessment ની ભારપૂર્વક ભલામણ છે. 2–4 વર્ષ ભાષા વિકાસ માટે સૌથી મહત્ત્વનો સમય છે. રાહ જોવી ઘણીવાર નુકસાનકારક હોય છે. મફત પરામર્શ Book કરો, અમારા Speech Therapist Assessment કરશે.

Speech Delay એ ત્યારે છે જ્યારે બાળક અપેક્ષિત ઉંમરના Milestone પ્રમાણે ભાષા વિકસાવી ન શકે — ઓછા શબ્દ, મર્યાદિત વાક્ય, અથવા સ્પષ્ટ ન બોલવું. ત્રોટ (Stammering) એ Fluency Disorder છે જ્યાં પુનરાવૃત્તિ, લંબાઈ, અથવા અટકવાથી ભાષણ ખોરવાય છે. Kocoon Junior માં બંને માટે અલગ-અલગ Treatment Approach ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

Autism ધરાવતા બાળકોને સામાન્ય રીતે કાર્યક્રમોના સંયોજનથી ફાયદો થાય છે: Autism Support (ASD), વર્તણૂક અને Communication માટે ABA Therapy, ભાષા વિલંબ માટે Speech Therapy, Sensory અને Motor પડકારો માટે OT, અને Academic Support માટે Special Education. અમારી ટીમ Assessment બાદ યોગ્ય Combination સૂચવશે.

હા — Autism ધરાવતા ઘણા બાળકોને Speech અને Language માં પણ નોંધપાત્ર Delay હોય છે. અમારી Multi-disciplinary Team Speech Therapy અને ASD Program એકસાથે Coordinate કરે છે. Combined Speech and Autism Support Kocoon Junior ના સૌથી સામાન્ય Enrollment Patterns માંનો એક છે.

School ની Speech Support (જ્યાં ઉપલબ્ધ) સામાન્ય રીતે Group-based, અનિયમિત, અને Curriculum-focused હોય છે. Kocoon Junior માં Speech Therapy One-to-one, 60 Minutes per Session, Structured Evidence-based Techniques અને દરેક બાળકના Specific Diagnosis અને Goals ને અનુકૂળ Specialist દ્વારા અપાય છે.

ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Therapy એ Evidence-based Approach છે જે Structured Reinforcement દ્વારા Communication, Social, Self-care અને Academic Skills શીખવે છે. તે મુખ્યત્વે Autism ધરાવતા બાળકો માટે વપરાય છે પણ ADHD અને Developmental Challenges માટે પણ ઉપયોગી છે. ABA Specialist સાથે મફત પરામર્શ દ્વારા નક્કી થઈ શકે.

Paediatric OT બાળકોને રોજિંદા Activities — Self-care, Play, Fine Motor Tasks, School Activities — માટે જરૂરી Skills વિકસાવવામાં મદદ કરે છે. Kocoon Junior માં OT ખાસ 2–10 વર્ષના બાળકોમાં Sensory Processing Difficulties, Motor Coordination, Sensory Integration, અને Functional Independence ને Address કરે છે.

Sensory Processing Difficulty ત્યારે થાય છે જ્યારે Brain Sensory Information સ્વીકારવામાં અને પ્રતિક્રિયા આપવામાં મુશ્કેલી અનુભવે — જેથી સ્પર્શ, ધ્વનિ, પ્રકાશ, ગતિ, અથવા સ્વાદ પ્રત્યે Over- અથવા Under-sensitivity થાય. Kocoon Junior માં Sensory Challenges ને Occupational Therapy અને Sensation Therapy Program માં Sensory Integration Techniques દ્વારા Address કરવામાં આવે છે.

પ્રથમ પગલું છે Proper Developmental Assessment — School Checklist પર આધાર ન રાખો. Kocoon Junior માં Specialists Attention, Impulse Control, Hyperactivity, અને Related Developmental Factors નું Assessment કરે છે. તે આધારે યોગ્ય Program સૂચવાય: Hyperactive Child, Attention Disorder, ABA Therapy, અથવા Combination. Starting Point તરીકે મફત પરામર્શ Book કરો.

Delayed Development Program Global Developmental Delay માટે છે — જ્યારે બાળક ઘણા ક્ષેત્રો (Speech, Motor, Cognitive, Social) માં ઉંમર-અપેક્ષિત Milestones કરતા નોંધપાત્ર પ્રમાણમાં પાછળ હોય. Program માં Early Stimulation, Structured Developmental Activities, અને Parent Coaching નો સમાવેશ છે. Delayed Development માટે Early Intervention ખાસ અસરકારક છે.

Early Intervention એ 0–6 વર્ષની Critical Developmental Window દરમ્યાન Therapy Programs છે — જ્યારે Brain ની Neuroplasticity સૌથી વધુ હોય. Research સ્પષ્ટ દર્શાવે છે કે આ Window દરમ્યાન Intervention મળેલ બાળકો, પછીથી Intervention શરૂ કરેલ બાળકો કરતાં Long-term Outcomes માં ઘણા સારા હોય છે. Kocoon Junior માં 2 વર્ષથી Early Intervention ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

હા. Mild to Moderate Intellectual Disability ધરાવતા બાળકોને Kocoon Junior ના ઘણા Programs — ખાસ Special Education, ABA Therapy, અને Daily Learning Activities — નો ફાયદો થાય છે. અમારા Programs Diagnosis ને ધ્યાનમાં લીધા વગર દરેક બાળકના હાલના Developmental Level ના આધારે Structure કરવામાં આવે છે.

હા. Assessment પછી Kocoon Junior Written Developmental Assessment Report આપી શકે છે — જેમાં બાળકનું Current Developmental Level, Identified Challenges, Recommended School Accommodations, અને ચાલુ Intervention Program સામેલ હોય. પ્રથમ મુલાકાત વખતે અમારી ટીમ સાથે વાત કરો.

મોટાભાગના પરિવારો નિયમિત Therapy ના 4–8 અઠવાડિયામાં સુધારો જુએ છે. Progress બાળકના Problem ની Nature અને Severity, Session Frequency, અને Parents ના ઘેર Practice ના Level ઉપર આધારિત છે. Session વચ્ચે ઘેર Practice કરતા બાળકો ઝડપી Progress કરે છે.

મોટાભાગના Programs માટે દર અઠવાડિયે 2–3 Session સૌથી સારા Outcomes આપે છે. Autism અથવા ગંભીર Developmental Delay ધરાવતા બાળકો માટે શરૂઆતમાં Higher Frequency (3–5 per week) ની ભલામણ થઈ શકે. Initial Assessment પછી Specialists યોગ્ય Frequency સૂચવશે.

હા — Kocoon Junior માં Parents દરેક Session માં હાજર હોય છે. આ Optional નથી — અમારા Approach નો Fundamental ભાગ છે. જ્યારે Parents Technique સમજે અને ઘેર Practice કરે, ત્યારે બાળકો ઘણી ઝડપથી Progress કરે છે.

Progress ની Formal Review દર 4–8 અઠવાડિયે થાય છે. Parents ને દરેક Session પછી Verbal Update અને Review Intervals પર Written Summary મળે છે. Goals Measurable Terms માં Set કરવામાં આવે છે. Goals પૂરા ન થઈ રહ્યા હોય, તો Plan Change કરાય છે.

Therapist નો Resistance નાના બાળકોમાં, ખાસ પ્રથમ Sessions માં, ઘણો સ્વાભાવિક છે. અમારા Therapists Play-based, Motivating Activities વાપરે છે જે Sessions ને Clinical ને બદલે Enjoyable બનાવે છે. 3–6 Sessions પછી Therapist સાથે Trust Build થતા મોટાભાગના બાળકો Engage થઈ જાય છે.

Kocoon Junior ના બધા Therapists ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી, અને English બોલે છે. Session ગમે તે ભાષામાં થઈ શકે — Parents અને બાળકને જે સૌથી Comfortable હોય. તમારી Care Team અને તમારી વચ્ચે કોઈ ભાષાની Barrier નહીં.

ના. Kocoon Junior ફક્ત અમારા 3 Centers પર In-person Therapy આપે છે. અમારા Programs — ખાસ OT, ABA Therapy, અને Sensory-based Interventions — માટે Hands-on, In-person Therapy જ જરૂરી છે. Online Therapy Center ની Quality Replicate ન કરી શકે.
